“I have stood on the stone terrace, 25 metres from the waves in the teeth of a Bass Straight gale protected only by the lava-rock outcrops forged in the dawn of time. On the same terrace I have had suntan lotion caressed onto my back as the Bass Straight, in changed mood, lapped at my feet disturbed only by the passing dolphins, sometimes hundreds, seals who have an island home nearby and a constant parade of amazing sea birds. On occasion & in season the sight of migrating whales of many species has touched my soul".

This magical location, the 225 degree views of farmland, Rocky Cape National Park, Bass Straight and the coastland to Table Cape is what holidays are about. 

Twice a day nature brings in your own little rock-pool. It develops as the tide fills your pool with crystal clear water and shoals of little fish, all at the bottom of your garden. If you prefer the traditional beach, then a few minutes short walk will bring you to the stunning white sands and calm turquoise waters of Boat Harbour Beach.

With 3 small bedrooms, two double and the third has bunks, this single storey beach house is the perfect family holiday spot. There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge for that extra visitor.
